Battery Operated, Eliminates the Hassle of Cables

Tips:

Use 4 × D alkaline batteries (not included) of the same brand. Install the batteries with polarity in the correct position.
Make sure the battery cover is securely fastened. Make sure the switch inside the battery case is in 'ON' position before using.
Do not mix old and new batteries—replace the whole set. Older or low-quality cells drain new ones and can cause dim lighting.
Avoid low temperatures (<0°C): Reduced output in cold environments, but performance recovers at room temperature.

Step 1

Unscrew the mounting base by turning the thumb screw counterclockwise. Secure the base to the surface using the included anchors and screws.

This motion-sensor light only activates in the dark. Install it in a place that becomes sufficiently dark, and ensure the sensor faces the detection area without any obstructions.

Where to Install Your Security Light

For best results, position the motion sensor so it faces across the area you want to monitor, rather than directly towards or away from it. The sensor is most sensitive to movement across its field of view.
The coverage range of the light may vary depending on the installation height. For optimal results, install the light at the recommended height of 2.0 to 2.3 metres.
Ensure the sensor has a clear line of sight to the area you want to protect. Avoid any obstructions such as walls, fences, or large objects.
Do not aim the sensor directly at windows, as reflections and temperature changes can affect performance.
Avoid installing the light near sources of interference, such as moving machinery, fluorescent lights, or heating and cooling units, as these can trigger false detections.
