But if you've already paid, you need to talk to our customer service to cancel it. Once we've sent your order, you can't cancel it anymore. If we've already started making your order, we can't promise to cancel or change it. Especially, if it's a custom-made item, you can't cancel it once we've started working on it.

How to Cancel After Paying Remember, different types of products might have different cancellation rules.

  1. If we haven't sent your order yet, we'll give you your money back, except for things we've specially made for you.
  2. Once we've sent your order, you can't cancel it.

    • Please note, shipping and VAT charges are non-refundable.

  • The 10% restocking fee for an unwanted item or wrong order placed.

  • Depreciation costs will also be charged on misused and broken items and in case of a refund on special requests.
